Preston,
Jim Herndon and I have been working for several days to resolve the question of the existing historic overlay. This morning Jim Tolbert said that based on the information, we have to assume the overlay goes all the way to the tracks.
1 am not taking the application to the BAR on Jan 19 because 1 do not know (f you want to revise the application to include the remainder of the parcel(s) that are currently zoned R-1s (and M-1) with historic overlay. If you do, I'll need you to come in and revise the application. If you want to keep it as is, then I'd put it on the February agenda.
I'm sorry for the delay- -there was just too much research to do to keep it on January.
