Victoria,
Because our research on that parcel took so long, we removed the discussion from the BAR'S agenda. It will be rescheduled. We tried to retrieve all the abutting owner letters before they were mailed, but obviously were unsuccessful.
It appears the designation still covers the whole parcel as the assessor had it shown in 1993 when parcel 40.4 was designated.

I realize this might not reach you until the morning of the 16th due to the
extended holiday, but hope you can help us out with a timely matter. This
week, a resident in the neighborhood received a letter saying that there would be a BAR meeting discussing Preston Coiner's delisting of part of parcel 40.4 next Tuesday, January 16th. The neighbor was alarmed and shared the letter with the rest of us. To the best of our knowledge, nobody else
